The Joint Laboratory for Structural Research (JLSR) provides and develops infrastructure for structural research on organic, inorganic and corresponding hybrid materials and systems. It focuses on microscopy, scattering and lithography using electrons, X-rays and scanning probes. The JLSR is a facility at IRIS Adlershof, in which Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin cooperates with Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin für Materialien und Energie and Technische Universität Berlin. |
